A blissful oasis near Cardiff, Dyffryn Gardens has something new to discover, from intricately themed gardens, to formal lawns, fruitful kitchen gardens and onto an expansive arboretum. All the gardens have been designed in varying styles inspired by countless countries from all over the globe from the recognisably Italian influence in the Pompeiian Garden to the rainforest inspired Exotics Garden with its choice of exotic plants.
The Dyffryn Gardens are Grade I listed and are a product partnership between Thomas Mawson, prominent garden designer, and Reginald Cory, passionate horticulturalist and owner. With work on the gardens today, Mawson and Corys spirit of traditional ideas and experimentation is carried over with our restorations to the gardens.
Within Dyffryn Gardens, a café, shop, and second-hand bookshop, sit nestled awaiting your discovery as you explore amongst the plants.
(The house is currently undergoing renovation and may not be open at this time to the public.)
