Ludlow Market has operated on the same site for over 900 years and continues to offer shoppers a fantastic choice of products fresh fruit and veg to locally produced game pies, wines and spirits produced on the Clee Hills, local fashion designers to handmade wooden furniture and oil paintings.
The market is a wonderful place to meet local producers and shop in the picturesque surroundings of Ludlow's Castle Square. Alongside the local producers there are a number of traders selling all sorts general and household products at competitive prices including fabrics, wool, books, jewellery and plants.
Ludlow Food Shop : Ludlow Farmshop – a one-of-a-kind shopping ,great food and retail come together to create an award-winning experience.
Visit their on-site cafe its light, spacious and airy providing great food dishes using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients.
Much of what they use comes directly from Ludlow Farmshop who supply them with fresh cakes, biscuits, artisan cheeses, handmade butter, dairy ice-cream, own farm-reared meat, savouries and seasonal preserves. There is also a selection of seasonal fruit and vegetables from Lady Plymouth’s walled garden – all grown less than 1 mile away.
The Farmshop offers a wide range of food and drink, as well as products their departments creates, they also offer local wine, spirits and beer, fruit and vegetables, sweets and chocolate, snacks, world food, cured fish, pate and store cupboard essentials.
